Resilient Life and Leadership Coaching
Life is A LOT sometimes, but here you are, blending it all and doing your very best to be your very best. Women hold a lot... a lot of thoughts, a lot of information, a lot of emotions, a lot of ideas, a lot of responsibilities, and a LOT of dreams, hopes and goals!
Often times these can all get pretty mixed up, leading to your stress response system lighting up! Coaching is a beautiful space for you to unwind all of the competing information in your head, by looking outside of yourself, reflecting inside of yourself, and landing in a space of balance, value, peace and confidence.
Whether you are in a role of leadership at work, in your family, (parenting is leadership too!) or just wanting to lead yourself to your future best, our work together can help you reach your goals.
I offer 1:1 and group coaching to professional, future driven, women in life and leadership. My coaching style is holistic, and focused on your value of human centered living. Together we create a safe, reflective partnership that supports you in your journey of personal and professional growth and success. Coaching is an equal and collaborative partnership which is facilitated by me, and led by you and your goals.
As a self proclaimed "personal and professional growth junkie" I have become obsessed with understanding how to break cycles of stress, anxiety, and adversity - and learning how to consciously create joy and ease, even through the darkest of storms.
When we work together, years of experience in mental health, education, early childhood development, positive psychology and neuroscience, and blend them all to help you explore and understand the obstacle that are keeping you stuck. We build relationships, we build skills, and we build confidence and clarity to help you move forward.
Over and over again, in my life and in my work, I have seen that our early life experiences determine how we respond in stressful situations as adults… and as adults, the way we respond to stress impacts children’s early life experiences. It’s a cycle.
We ALL have stress, but when we build our resilience to stress, we recover more quickly, have fewer lasting damages, and then experience less stress. It’s another cycle. Unless we create opportunities to break those cycles, we will find ourselves empty and burned out. Let our work together pour strength, peace, love and energy into you so you have more to pour into the ones you love and lead!

“Jessi has taught me so much in such a small amount of time. My sessions with her are extremely valuable, and have helped me immeasurably.”

“So much of leadership made more sense to me when I started to learn about values. My coach, Jessi Kovalik, did a lot of work to teach me about this concept when we began working together. I can’t overstate how much it fundamentally helped me have a more solid working framework for working with large groups of people. ”
